The Smart QR-Based Record & Asset Management System was designed and developed by ShriTEK Innovations, a student startup incubated at Shridevi Institute of Engineering and Technology (SIET), Tumakuru. This system is developed to support medical hospitals and healthcare institutions in the secure identification, tracking, and management of assets, patient records, and institutional resources. By leveraging QR codes, secure web routing, and centralized data storage, the system enables instant access to records through simple QR scanning while preventing unauthorized data access. The solution also supports controlled, password-protected record updates, making it highly suitable for hospital environments that require accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. The platform enhances operational transparency, reduces manual workload, and improves real-time information availability during daily hospital operations and medical campaigns.
