SOFT SKILL TRAINING

Quantitative Aptitude

As part of our Soft Skills Training Program, we conduct structured Quantitative Aptitude sessions to strengthen students’ numerical ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills—essential for academic success, competitive examinations, and campus placements.
These sessions are specifically designed to meet the aptitude test requirements of leading companies, where Quantitative Aptitude plays a crucial role in written rounds, online assessments, and elimination tests.

As part of our Soft Skills Training Program, we conduct focused Group Discussion (GD) sessions to help students develop effective communication, logical thinking, and teamwork skills—key competencies evaluated during campus placements and recruitment processes.
Group Discussion is a critical screening round used by many companies to assess a candidate’s clarity of thought, communication ability, leadership potential, and confidence. Our training prepares students to participate actively and confidently in GD rounds.

Mock Interview sessions are designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real corporate interviews. Through repeated practice, students become familiar with interview patterns, commonly asked questions, and the expectations of recruiters. This preparation helps reduce interview anxiety and enables students to respond confidently, clearly, and professionally.

Mock Interviews also focus on developing the ability to handle unexpected questions, pressure situations, and follow-up discussions, which are common in real interviews. Students learn how to structure answers, justify their thoughts, and maintain composure even when they are unsure of an answer.
